Tai Chi is often referred to as "Chinese Yoga" or moving meditation. It uses movement to find your inner energy, promote relaxation, improve mobility and balance. Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow flowing movements that emphasize force, rather than brute strength. Although the movements are soft, slow, and flowing the movements are executed precisely.
