Community Center members have the privilege of renting one of our two, open-air pavilions for an event or gathering.  The pavilions have been used in a variety of ways in the past including birthday parties, family reunions, graduations, and other celebrations.

If you are interested in renting one of the pavilions, please be aware you must be a member of the Thomas H. Gentry Community Center.

HPD Officers MUST be present when serving alcoholic beverages (after 6pm only) at rentals and/or when the amount of partygoers surpasses 100 people, i.e. if you rent the large and small pavilion the capacity is 127 people in, you would need to have HPD present. Please note that the "Customer ID No." portion needs to be filled out with EbGCA's number, 009512.
