Step 1:
Request your log-in and password. Account approvals usually take 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and will be sent to your email address. When you are finished with Step 1 and have received your email, please return to this screen for Step 2.
Step 2:
This step will allow you to schedule an appointment to come into the Thomas H. Gentry Community Center office to get your pass cards. NOTE: Step 1 needs to be completed first before doing Step 2.
