The Thomas H. Gentry Community Center is a private facility that was gifted to the Association by the developer - Gentry Homes. Multiple surveys were sent to homeowners and the consensus of the community was to fund operations of the community center with generated revenue. This is the reason the privilege of use is only extended to those who are registered, dues-paying members. To qualify, your lot must currently be "in good standing" (no unresolved covenants violations or delinquent Association dues) and remain so at all times for uninterrupted access to the facility. In addition to a Registration Request Form, you also need to submit an Assignment of Ownership form, along with a copy of your current lease agreement. In signing this form, the homeowner is transferring his/her privileges to you, the tenant, and is giving up his/her rights of use. Only one registration application per lot is accepted.
The Association's relationship is only with homeowners, not tenants. This is why we must receive written notice to transfer privileges to anyone who is not the legal owner of an EbGCA lot or unit. Homeowners, you are the party accountable to the Association both legally and financially with regard to family members, guests, and tenants.
Hoa Aloha Membership:
There are a limited number of Hoa Aloha Memberships available to residents of other communities residing outside of Ewa by Gentry. When Hoa Aloha membership reaches capacity, a Waiting List will be available.

Guests:
Guest Pass
Perfect if you you plan to have an occasional guest with you at the pool.
$30 and includes six guest punches (one per day) with no expiration date.
Houseguest Pass
Perfect if you have a guest visiting for a week or more.
$15 for a one-month pass, good for one individual.
(You can purchase up to three additional months in a year for $5 a month.)

Overnight Lap Swim:
Have a busy schedule? For an additional $12 you can swim after-hours. See the pool schedule for after-hour times. If you have questions or would like to add overnight lap swim, visit the community center office during normal business hours.
Class Pass
This pass is for community members who who would like limited facility access to participate in classes and programs held at the Thomas H. Gentry Community Center. This pass does not include regular pool use or pavilion rental privileges. Access will be granted 15 minutes prior to until 15 minutes following a class or program for which registration confirmation has been received.
