Design Committee Application Process

We would like to remind you that, according to the Design Committee Rules, almost any improvement to your home that is visible from any neighboring property or street will require prior-approval from the Design Committee.

The application process is really quite simple:

1. Review the Design Committee Rules to ensure your requested improvement follows the
requirements.

2. Fill out the Design Committee Application form on online and email to .
Alternately you can save the form to your computer.

3. Gather information on the improvement - photos, brochures, samples, etc. (as applicable).

4. Obtain your lot's plot plan from your home's documents or from the Association office.
Request your plot plan here.

5. Mark the improvement's location and dimensions on the plot plan. Be sure to call out all
dimensions including length, width, heighth and setbacks.

6. Submit all of the above documents to the Association office along with any applicable fees.

           Special Notes:

           If the improvement is to take place in an easement, you will be required to submit a
           Neighbor's Awareness Form.

           You will be required to follow all City & County guidelines; therefore certain improvements may
           require you to submit permit-ready blueprints/plans.

7.        Once you have submitted all documents, they will be entered on the agenda for the Design
           Committee to review during their next scheduled meeting.   See the meeting schedule here.

8.        Your response will be sent to you in the mail, along with copies of all documents you submitted.
           If the improvement was approved you will also receive an Ewa by Gentry permit.

*Please wait until you receive this permit before doing any work or you will be in violation
and could be fined.*
